Independent Complaints Mechanism Proparco

With this document, Proparco introduces its Independent Complaints Mechanism (hereafter also: the ‘Mechanism’ or ‘ICM’) and accompanying Procedure. This document describes the structure and governance of the Complaints Procedure, which allows External Parties to file a Complaint concerning a Proparco-Financed Operation. In this way Proparco strives to implement a robust and independent procedure and to communicate transparently about it to stakeholders.
