Dr. Bernd Zattler founded LFS Financial Systems GmbH, a consultant, manager and investor in the MSME-Finance industry, in 1997, and has since then been Managing Director and majority owner of the firm. LFS is the strategic investor and manager of the AccessHolding network banks. Dr. Zattler is Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of AccèsBanque in Madagascar, AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria, AccessBank Tanzania as well as AB Microfinance Bank Zambia and Director on the Supervisory Board of AccessHolding.

AccessCampus

LFS Financial Systems is the strategic investor of ten Microfinance network banks belonging to the AccessHolding group (currently banks in: Azerbaijan, Madagascar, Tanzania, Nigeria, Liberia, Tajikistan, Zambia, Rwanda, Georgia and Brazil). AccessCampus  is the Learning Centre of the AccessHolding network and ensures capacity building of local staff in management positions by offering technical and leadership courses taught by in-house executive staff and external experts.
